Develop sales strategies, manage account portfolios, exceed revenue targets, build commercial partnerships, and support hotel properties. Conduct sales missions, trade shows, familiarization trips, and client engagement activities. Maintain accurate Salesforce, Delphi, Cvent, pipeline, database, and financial reporting. Analyze market trends, collaborate with hotels and GSO stakeholders, and serve as a brand ambassador.

Leads global MICE and group sales for the Midwest region, maximizing revenue across Langham Hospitality Group properties. Develops account plans and sales strategies, manages client and hotel relationships, pursues partnerships, supports sales missions and trade shows, maintains sales systems and reporting, and contributes to regional initiatives. Requires strong hospitality sales experience, MICE market connections, networking, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Travel of up to 50% may be required.
