The Digital Sales Manager will lead a global sales team, focusing on Net Revenue Retention and expansion by transforming manual processes into AI-assisted operations and maintaining performance across 10,000+ accounts.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and distributed systems while operating in AI-augmented workflows. Validate AI-generated outputs, contribute to architecture and system evolution, produce technical documentation and prompts, mentor peers, and collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to ensure reliability, observability, and engineering quality.

Design and build AI-native, high-performance distributed backend platforms for IT/OT/cybersecurity. Integrate LLMs and ML into production workflows, develop data pipelines and real-time processing, mentor engineers, and drive architectural direction and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Lead a team of 4-5 Account Executives to build a mid-market and enterprise new-business acquisition engine across AMER. Own territory strategy, pipeline rigor (SPICED, MEDDPICC), Salesforce forecasting, and outbound execution using Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Improve conversion, deal velocity, and commercial structuring while embedding AI tools into prospecting, coaching, and forecasting.

Convert free-product users into paying customers via a data-driven, low-touch digital sales motion. Build and refine automated workflows, define triggers for human intervention, collaborate with RevOps/Marketing/Engineering, and act as the strategic human safety net for high-value or complex conversions.

The role involves driving presales strategies, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with teams to meet customer needs in IT and cybersecurity.

Design and build maintainable, scalable, observable, and well-tested backend and distributed systems. Work in an AI-augmented development workflow, validate AI-generated outputs, contribute to architecture and system evolution, document designs and prompts, and mentor peers while collaborating with Product and UX.

The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will develop and execute strategies to enhance pipeline generation through campaigns, ABM programs, and alignment with sales to drive measurable revenue in the cybersecurity space.
