Own and optimize high-scale AWS Aurora/MySQL multi-tenant databases (400+ schemas). Tune queries, indexes, InnoDB internals, replica/cluster behavior, ETL pipelines, observability (Datadog, performance_schema), capacity/cost, and mentor engineers. Evaluate GenAI tooling to automate diagnostics and fleet management.

Manage the implementation of iQueue for Operating Rooms, collaborating with healthcare clients to optimize workflows and ensure successful adoption of the product.
