Lead lifecycle, CRM, martech, and CX functions across a multi-brand portfolio. Modernize CRM and CDP, implement lifecycle orchestration, own lead-to-enrollment and retention programs, build measurement (MMM, attribution, lead scoring), manage agencies/vendors, and establish operating cadence and team practices to scale retention and customer experience.

Develop and own high-quality RFP/RFI responses and partnership proposals; build and maintain a centralized proposal content library; coordinate cross-functional inputs; manage proposal timelines and version control; ensure brand-aligned, persuasive messaging to support business development.

Lead marketing operations to align cross-functional teams and agencies, manage end-to-end program delivery, establish governance and workflows, oversee budget and resource allocation, and drive measurement and continuous improvement across digital, brand, customer experience, and operational initiatives.

Serve as a strategic partner to operations by analyzing revenue, enrollment, labor, and expenses. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards; perform variance, scenario, and sensitivity analyses; support month-end close; develop KPIs and actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability across multi-unit school operations.

Lead operational projects from initiation through implementation: define scope, plan, manage budgets, risks, vendors, communications, and handoffs. Create RFPs/RFIs/SOWs, facilitate meetings, ensure PMO and policy compliance, and maintain stakeholder relationships to achieve project milestones.

Lead end-to-end curriculum design and delivery for learning programs using adult learning theory and ADDIE. Manage blended learning (e-learning, instructor-led, peer learning), coach support teams, consult with business leaders, use data and Kirkpatrick evaluations to measure impact, and drive training-related KPI improvements.
