Lead complex compensation analyses, administer and improve pay programs, manage survey participation, model pay structures for budgeting and pay equity, support annual pay cycle, partner with HR stakeholders, drive compliance, mentor junior staff, and contribute to compensation-related system enhancements.

Manage and administer the Business Development tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Power BI, Kalibrate), ensure data integrity and lead routing, handle vendor contracts and renewals, produce executive pipeline and market intelligence reports, support BD managers with research and meeting materials, and execute marketing campaigns to build employer-sponsored solutions awareness.

Operate as the process and operational lead for enterprise talent programs—performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and high-potential identification. Drive governance, stakeholder enablement, analytics, dashboards, and continuous improvement. Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and HR tech to deliver reporting, training, communications, and change management to strengthen leadership capability and organizational readiness.
