Owns paid search strategy and performance for a product vertical or campaign group across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Performance Max, and emerging search surfaces. Responsibilities include managing multimillion-dollar budgets, bidding and budget governance, experiment design, forecasting, LTV-based optimization, cannibalization analysis, and AI-enabled workflow development. The role also leads cross-functional projects, evaluates AI outputs for quality and compliance, maintains reporting routines, and coaches analysts.

Conduct outbound calls and other approved outreach to prospective and existing customers. Build rapport, identify needs, explain LegalZoom services, recommend solutions, overcome objections, and guide customers through purchasing decisions. Document interactions, manage follow-ups, maintain an opportunity pipeline, meet sales and quality goals, follow compliance standards, and participate in training and coaching. This is a full-time, onsite contact-center sales role in Austin requiring extended computer and phone use.

Architects, builds, and scales data pipelines, ETL processes, data models, and platforms using dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, and Fivetran. Leads data engineering best practices including CI/CD, data quality, governance, and observability. Collaborates with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders; mentors engineers and data scientists; contributes to architecture and technical decisions; and participates in on-call support.
