Own Austin’s provider referral partnership territory for Legion Health’s psychiatric care platform. Responsibilities include prospecting, building relationships with physicians and practice decision-makers, closing quota-carrying partnerships, managing CRM activity, growing referral volume, educating providers, and ensuring successful referral handoffs. The role is field-based, requires frequent customer engagement, and involves helping create the sales playbook, refine targeting, and scale the provider partnership function.

Support provider recruiting, onboarding, management, and weekly payroll preparation for a remote telehealth network. Maintain trackers, coordinate interviews and handoffs, collect documents, validate payroll inputs, communicate with clinicians, and improve SOPs while handling sensitive healthcare and payroll data with HIPAA-awareness.
