Develop, migrate, and maintain .NET applications using Agile methods; implement Okta authentication from ADFS; perform API and application testing; create migration, implementation, and test documentation; use DevOps toolchain to build, deploy, and support secure applications while coordinating with customers and project teams.

Serve as subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance. Independently research and resolve complex payroll tax issues, manage agency inquiries, oversee tax adjustments and filings (W-2, 941, T4, etc.), conduct audits/reconciliations, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, support audits, and drive process and control improvements to reduce risk.

Process and review customer program applications and rebates, maintain CRM records, respond to customers via email/phone/chat, support reporting and dashboards, track open cases, escalate exceptions, and follow SOPs to ensure accurate, timely program support.
