Lead business development for building consulting and enclosure engineering services in the AEC industry: generate leads, develop proposals and scopes, manage pipelines and CRM, expand client relationships, represent the firm at industry events, and ensure awarded work transitions smoothly to operations.

Provide technical consulting and project management for elevators and other vertical transportation systems, including inspections, modernization, audits, design review, construction administration, client communication, and field evaluations. Prepare reports, maintain code knowledge, support business development, and travel to project sites as needed.
