Teams at Level

Lead social strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and X. Create and publish platform-tailored content, manage community and reputation, develop crisis response protocols, run social listening, select tooling, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with content, communications, and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.

Build and run Level's CRM function: select and operate the CRM platform, define data and segmentation schema, ensure deliverability and compliance, execute multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, SMS, push, in‑app), run A/B tests, and report on retention, conversion and engagement.

Optimize and customize a forked Godot engine for mobile and constrained hardware. Responsibilities include profiling CPU, GPU, memory, loading, binary size, rendering, threading, and frame pacing; modifying engine/runtime systems; improving asset streaming, allocators, shaders, graphics APIs, startup performance, and device compatibility across iOS and Android.
