Perform onsite inspections of homeowner property damage within an assigned Austin territory; prepare repair estimates; manage claims from first notice to final closure; explain coverage, coordinate vendors, handle moderate-to-complex claims independently, and respond to catastrophe duty when needed. Participate in a 5-month training program and occasional in-person sessions.

Manage and resolve attorney-represented auto and homeowner bodily-injury claims. Investigate coverage, liability, and damages; prepare for trials/hearings; manage outside counsel and billing; refer suspected fraud to SIU; ensure accurate reserves and file documentation; communicate with policyholders and stakeholders.
