Handle inbound insurance sales calls and warm leads, consult customers on coverage needs, match products to convert leads into policyholders, complete paid licensing and training, meet scheduled shift requirements, and work from a compliant home workspace.

Represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation and workers' compensation matters. Manage cases from inception through resolution under moderate supervision, handling discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, pleadings, and motions. Provide legal opinions to claims teams, use e-discovery and case management tools, evaluate risk, facilitate resolutions, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation while supporting organizational improvement and ethical compliance.

Perform onsite inspections of homeowner property damage within an assigned Austin territory; prepare repair estimates; manage claims from first notice to final closure; explain coverage, coordinate vendors, handle moderate-to-complex claims independently, and respond to catastrophe duty when needed. Participate in a 5-month training program and occasional in-person sessions.
