Handles 75–80 inbound daily calls from consumers seeking pre-settlement funding. Provides customer service, explains products, collects and documents information, guides applicants through intake and onboarding, maintains CRM records, meets sales and productivity goals, follows compliance procedures, and collaborates on application processing. The role is fully remote but limited to Texas-based candidates working 8 a.m.–5 p.m. CST.

Own product strategy and execution for C3, an internal case management and operations platform supporting underwriting, servicing, payments, documents, and workflow automation. Lead discovery, prioritization, UX decisions, requirements, engineering collaboration, UAT, AI-assisted product practices, and outcome measurement. Partner with operations, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities and improve business results.
