Remote, Texas-based business development role responsible for building and managing provider relationships, driving market expansion, negotiating contracts, presenting company solutions, providing market intelligence, and traveling 40-50% across the assigned territory to ensure contract compliance and grow partnerships.

Make outbound calls to generate new business, build and manage relationships with attorneys and law firms in an assigned territory, cross-sell company services, handle attorney inquiries, and support Regional Directors with day-to-day sales activities and coverage.

Perform high-volume data entry of medical provider bills, verify and correct data, prepare source data for accounting, maintain HIPAA compliance, perform basic math calculations, and communicate with internal teams while working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule patients for spinal injections and surgical procedures, process new patient referrals, update client files, communicate appointment information to law firms and providers, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, meet quarterly goals, and perform related duties.

The Strategy Analyst provides analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations, leveraging data to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Owns end-to-end requirements and delivery for an engineering pod. Leads discovery, authors technical epics and user stories, validates AI-generated requirements, investigates systems via code/DB/API, maintains domain knowledge for AI agents, runs Agile ceremonies, and accepts story delivery through code and acceptance verification.

Owns strategic national law-firm partnerships, driving revenue growth, retention, and operational excellence. Builds executive relationships, monitors account performance via data/Power BI, leads cross-functional remediation and scalable process improvements, and travels regularly to ensure consistent multi-state execution and client satisfaction.

The Strategy Analyst will provide financial analysis, lead internal reports, and recommend strategies for business growth, focusing on leveraging data.
