Lead and support nursing staff on a rehabilitation unit, provide clinical mentorship, oversee documentation and quality improvement, coordinate assignments based on patient acuity, and deliver patient and family education to reduce readmissions.

Serve as the hospital's senior HR leader advising the CEO and executive team. Lead employee engagement, recruitment, retention, labor relations (including union negotiations and grievances), HR operations, compliance, workforce analytics, training, and HR team development to support a 200+ employee facility.

Coordinate inpatient rehabilitation care by completing documentation, developing individual plans of care per CMS, scheduling family conferences, collaborating with clinical teams to remove discharge barriers, and supporting departmental performance improvement efforts.
