Oversee financial operations for two inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable, month-end close, financial reporting, audit coordination, staffing oversight, compliance, and driving departmental efficiency and staff development.

Lead and support nursing staff on a rehabilitation unit, provide clinical mentorship, oversee documentation and quality improvement, coordinate assignments based on patient acuity, and deliver patient and family education to reduce readmissions.

Lead and manage nursing operations on an inpatient rehabilitation unit, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with clinical policies, staffing, incident investigation, and supporting patient-centered, high-quality care. Mentor staff, collaborate with leadership, and serve as administrative representative in the Program Director's absence.
