Oversee financial operations for two inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable, month-end close, financial reporting, audit coordination, staffing oversight, compliance, and driving departmental efficiency and staff development.

Manage daily operations of an assigned clinic/department including staff management, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, budget and vendor oversight, regulatory compliance (HIPAA), supplies/equipment needs, staff development, and fostering professional growth to align with organizational objectives.

Provide restorative nursing interventions under RN supervision to help patients regain function and independence. Support therapy goals, report condition changes, assist with quality and safety activities, collect review data, participate in team meetings, maintain clinical competency, and contribute to client relations and administrative efficiency.
