Coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team, complete accurate MDS documentation, oversee LPNs and CNAs, execute treatments and medications, transcribe and verify physician orders, communicate changes to families, and ensure individualized, up-to-date care plans in a 42-bed licensed health center.

Prepare and distribute resident meals per diet orders, set up and bus tables, initiate tray service, ensure food quality and temperature, stock stations, and maintain clean, sanitary workstations.

Plan, lead, and motivate residents in daily recreational activities; maintain participation records and one-on-one relationships; assist director with program planning and outings; create and maintain monthly event calendar; communicate programming via newsletters, in-house TV, postings, mailings, and electronic messaging.
