Lead complex Bible and reference book typesetting across print and digital formats. Responsibilities include advanced Adobe InDesign layouts, XML workflows, pagination, cross-references, footnotes, prepress preparation, ePub and PDF conversion, accessibility compliance, quality control, documentation, and collaboration with editorial, design, and production teams. The role also identifies workflow improvements and supports automation and XML tagging efficiencies. It is remote in the U.S. with travel to Middle Tennessee two to four times annually.

Owns corporate financial reporting, treasury management, cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, GAAP guidance, international accounting oversight, and financial risk analysis. The role supports strategic decisions, process improvements, Oracle Fusion and AI-enabled financial systems, royalty reconciliations, and consolidated reporting. It requires advanced accounting, treasury, ERP, Excel, communication, and financial modeling expertise, along with CPA or CMA certification and involvement in an evangelical Christian church.

Leads Lifeway’s domestic trade sales channel across Christian retail, general market, mass distribution, ministry, and specialty partners. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, managing revenue and P&L performance, negotiating account terms, forecasting, overseeing budgets, and leading sales teams. The role collaborates with Publishing, Marketing, Finance, Creative, and IT to execute go-to-market plans, expand market share, and grow sales across Lifeway’s portfolio.

Develop and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management solutions across Order to Cash processes. Build and maintain integrations, extensions, and custom applications using OIC, Visual Builder, APEX, REST, SOAP, and file-based imports. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and data corrections, support testing and deployments, document technical solutions, and collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders. The role is remote in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville.

Leads enterprise data architecture strategy, including data warehouses, lakehouses, Data Mesh, integration patterns, streaming, AI readiness, data governance, and Master Data Management. Establishes standards for pipelines, transformations, lineage, data contracts, and data products while advising business units and mentoring data engineering, BI, and MDM teams. The remote U.S. role requires occasional travel to Nashville and extensive experience with cloud data platforms and modern data engineering technologies.

Conduct outbound sales to churches, build relationships with ministry stakeholders, convert assigned leads, and meet revenue targets. Develop territory sales plans, recommend relevant Lifeway resources through consultative selling, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with Customer Success and field sales teams. The role is remote within the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville and requires active involvement in an evangelical Christian church.

Executes bilingual marketing campaigns for Spanish-speaking and global audiences, producing email, social, print, sales, event, catalog, and author-acquisition content. Coordinates authors, vendors, creative partners, and internal teams to ensure culturally relevant and linguistically accurate materials. Supports market research, social listening, campaign performance tracking, marketing calendars, and strategic planning. The role also manages campaign workflows, identifies issues, and shares process improvements.
