Lifeway is seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue for Lifeway's Spanish-language resources, products, and events among Spanish-speaking audiences worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of cultural strategy and hands-on campaign execution, collaborating with authors, creative vendors, and internal teams across both domestic and international markets. This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 




Responsibilities
  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Executes marketing campaigns and tactics for the Spanish-speaking/global market, including formatting and producing content such as email, social, print, sales presentations, conference materials, catalogs, and author acquisition assets. 
  • Coordinates with internal teams, authors, vendors, and creative partners -- domestic and international -- to gather inputs, route deliverables, and ensure content is culturally relevant and linguistically accurate for Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Supports research and analysis activities -- including surveys, market trend tracking, and customer insights -- to help inform marketing strategies and messaging for the Spanish-speaking market.
  • Assists with vendor, author, and ministry-partner coordination specific to the Spanish-speaking/global market, including scheduling, translation review, and relationship follow-up.
  • Participates in strategic planning discussions for the Spanish resource area, contributing executional insights and research-based input to inform campaign direction.
  • Tracks campaign timelines, collects performance data, and flags issues to managers.
  • Monitors assigned Spanish-language social media or other marketing channels and reports on engagement trends as part of ongoing social listening efforts.
  • Maintains marketing calendars and inputs content into internal project management and campaign management tools. 
  • Shares learnings and process improvements with peers and actively participates in team knowledge sharing. 
  • Limited travel: 2-4 times per year, typically overnight
Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required - required

Master's degree - preferred

Advanced graduate degree - not required


Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required


  • Ability to travel to the Middle Tennessee area 2-4 times annually for team gatherings
  • Fully bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral) 
  • Working knowledge of cultural and linguistic nuances relevant to Spanish-speaking and global audiences
  • 1–2 years of marketing campaign execution experience, ideally in a bilingual or global-market context 
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and responsiveness skills
  • Attention to detail, consistency in delivery, and ability to prioritize competing tasks 
  • Creativity and storytelling ability that enhances campaigns and audience engagement 
  • Experience with content creation, asset routing, and campaign management workflows

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church


Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred 

  • Familiarity with social media management, keyword/SEO strategy, and persona-driven messaging
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking tools
  • Exposure to digital and print marketing tactics
  • Experience supporting marketing or communications in a nonprofit or ministry setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
