The Senior AI Integration Engineer develops and supports AI-driven workflows across systems, managing lifecycle, integrations, and stakeholder requirements.

The Sr. Midrange IBM Engineer will design, implement, and support the administration of IBMi environments, including system maintenance, high availability solutions, and technical support for internal teams and clients.

Lead multiple concurrent technical projects and enterprise programs from initiation to close. Translate business objectives into project plans, manage scope/schedule/budgets/risks, drive cross-functional accountability, mature PMO capabilities, create reporting and governance, mentor project managers, and ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

Manage and grow relationships with Technology Solution Distributors (TSDs) and their Technology Advisors to drive pipeline and revenue. Provide partner training, influence go-to-market strategy, develop technical pre- and post-sales practices, run cadence reviews and QBRs, and ensure partner performance and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams (Professional Services, Marketing, Support) to position LightEdge solutions and expand partner-led sales.

Manage, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Windows Server and Citrix environments for managed-service customers. Act as first responder for OS incidents, handle ticket queue and escalations, document resolutions, participate in on-call rotation, and support projects to expand and improve services.
