Lead and scale the installed-base sales organization to drive expansion, upsell/cross-sell, migrations, and upgrades across enterprise accounts. Build repeatable qualification and account-planning processes, partner with CXM, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, and Channel to convert satisfaction into growth, and own validated pipeline, forecasting, hiring, and reporting to executive leadership.

Drive sales operating rhythms, Salesforce governance, and sales program administration. Lead forecast and pipeline cadences, manage territory/lead routing programs, ensure process compliance, improve adoption of sales tools (Salesforce, CPQ, ZoomInfo, Momentum.io), identify automation and AI-enabled efficiency opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to improve forecasting, productivity, and CRM data quality.

Provide escalated technical support and leadership for complex customer issues across networking, security, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with platform teams, update documentation, participate in on-call rotation, improve processes, and support training initiatives while using automation and AI tools.
