Coordinates cross-functional follow-through with Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Product, and Service Delivery. Maintains service-level expectations, escalates complex requests, supports deal execution, and recommends improvements to quoting, contracting, tooling, and sales-support processes.

Designs, implements, administers, and supports IBM i environments on IBM Power systems. Responsibilities include partition management, OS upgrades, PTFs, backups and restores, high availability replication, networking, security, capacity planning, hardware maintenance, and tier-three customer support. The engineer also provides technical guidance, documentation, training, vendor coordination, and 24/7 on-call support.

Designs and architects IBM Power Systems and IBM i solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers. Leads infrastructure modernization, migration, backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud initiatives. Serves as a technical lead in customer discovery, presentations, and architectural reviews while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams. Creates technical documentation and recommendations, ensures operational alignment, and mentors technical teams on architectural standards and best practices.
