Provides frontline technical support to SaaS customers through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots software, device, networking, and configuration issues; assists with setup and integrations; documents and escalates cases; monitors service-level agreements; tests fixes; collaborates with Product and Engineering; and contributes to knowledge-base documentation.

Drive net-new B2B sales to mid-market K-12 school districts through prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing. Own territory strategy, pipeline generation, quota attainment, Salesforce management, procurement processes, and closed-account expansion. Build relationships with district stakeholders, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and sell education technology solutions through complex, consultative sales cycles.

Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of mid-market K-12 school district accounts. Drive renewals, retention, upsells, and expansion revenue while identifying churn risks and maintaining accurate Salesforce records. Conduct strategic account reviews, coordinate cross-sell opportunities with Account Executives, and partner with Solutions Engineers on support issues. The role requires strong B2B account management experience, consultative relationship skills, familiarity with public-sector or education accounts, and onsite work at the Austin headquarters Monday through Thursday.

Administer and support the Salesforce platform, including user access, data quality, reports, dashboards, declarative automation, integrations, testing, documentation, and end-user training. Own Salesforce projects from configuration through deployment, monitor connected systems such as NetSuite, support AI-driven automations, and enforce access and change-management policies. Provide service desk support while progressively taking on more complex automation and integration work.

Own HR systems, data integrity, employee lifecycle administration, compliance records, benefits and leave logistics, recruiting operations, HR reporting, and process documentation. The role administers HRIS and ATS platforms, maintains personnel records, coordinates onboarding and offboarding, supports audits and reporting, and builds scalable SOPs and workflows. It also uses AI tools to improve administrative efficiency and requires hybrid work at the Austin headquarters.

Manage customer and reseller relationships to drive subscription renewals and licensing updates. Handle the full renewal lifecycle—quoting, approvals, order processing, and forecasting—while maintaining CRM data, proactively contacting customers before renewal, resolving licensing/invoicing issues, and collaborating across teams to retain business and meet retention goals.
