Support administration and execution of sales compensation programs: calculate and audit monthly commissions, reconcile with Finance, investigate discrepancies, maintain documentation, run reports, manage Salesforce commission cases, assist with plan rollouts, and improve processes and automation.

Lead sales operations execution including territory planning, forecasting, reporting, dashboarding, data architecture, pipeline hygiene, and cross-functional process improvements to drive sales effectiveness and growth.
