Own the post-sale customer journey for key accounts, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide proactive guidance, partner with sales on renewals and expansions, gather feedback for product and engineering, and develop scalable customer success playbooks. This role is based in Austin and requires working in the office five days per week.

Partner with product, research, and marketing leaders to onboard and train customers, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, create insight briefs and dashboards, and act as a strategic advisor to deepen product usage and influence roadmap priorities.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS accounts post-sale, drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Act as primary contact, monitor customer health, conduct business reviews, surface feedback to product, and develop scalable success playbooks.
