The Staff Engineer, Quality Platform will establish quality metrics, standards, and tooling while partnering with engineering teams to embed quality processes and foster a quality-driven culture across the organization.

Lead product work for Lob's mail logistics platform with an initial focus on finance projects (usage billing, pricing simulations, discounts). Drive roadmap strategy through user research, translate technical insights into customer outcomes, manage delivery, document accounting SOPs, train teams, mitigate risks, and champion AI to streamline product design and QA while communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Customer Solutions Engineer is responsible for onboarding and implementing solutions for customers, ensuring successful direct mail programs. They collaborate with Account Managers and require technical proficiency with APIs and third-party integrations.
