Teams at Locus Robotics

Manage customer success for deployed robotics systems by overseeing site operations, deployments, technical escalations, maintenance, upgrades, change requests, performance metrics, contractual compliance, and continuous improvement. Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, improve adoption, and scale system capabilities. The role requires strong project management, technical communication, logistics or warehouse operations experience, and up to 50% travel to customer sites.
