The role also supports LinkedIn updates, administrative systems, records, SOPs, and general business requests while maintaining organization and responsiveness in a remote environment.

The Solution Architect will design and implement cloud-native solutions, collaborate on automation, and modernize applications while ensuring security compliance and delivering business insights.

Design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow custom and scoped applications, integrations, and workflows. Support CI/CD, troubleshooting, code reviews, platform administration, and mentor citizen developers while collaborating with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable solutions.
