Own and grow a portfolio of MSP and VAR partners, driving expansion, renewals, ARR growth, and forecast accuracy. Lead complex partner engagements, deal strategy, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded sales cycles. Develop strategic partner plans, serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive adoption and value realization, and proactively mitigate renewal risks. Collaborate with sales engineering and cross-functional leadership while modeling strong sales discipline and consultative selling.

Manage Analyst Relations programs, including analyst briefings, inquiries, research evaluations, schedules, deliverables, executive engagements, project plans, databases, documentation, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination. The role builds scalable processes, tracks program performance, improves workflows, and keeps stakeholders aligned across Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, executives, and other teams.

Manage enterprise customer success across onboarding, training, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Serve as a trusted advisor, conduct business reviews and health checks, resolve escalations, coordinate with support and sales teams, identify growth opportunities, and develop success plans aligned with customer business objectives. The role requires intermediate IT infrastructure knowledge and occasional customer travel.
