Lead and scale Lokalise's global partnerships function: define partner strategy, recruit and enable partners, build co-sell/co-marketing GTM motions, drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue, collaborate cross-functionally, and hire and coach a high-performing team. Represent the company at industry events and support integrations with product and technical teams.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, closing $50–200k ARR deals. Build targeted outbound pipeline, convert inbound/partner leads, engage senior stakeholders, manage procurement/security/legal, lead pricing/negotiation, and consistently exceed quota while maintaining strong deal velocity and forecast accuracy.
