Owns Gainsight CS administration and operations in a SaaS environment. Configures workflows, health scores, CTAs, playbooks, Success Plans, reports, dashboards, automation, Rules Engine logic, and Journey Orchestrator programs. Partners with Customer Success and system owners to translate lifecycle strategies into scalable configurations and integrations. Supports Gainsight PX and Skilljar, establishes governance and documentation, trains users, and improves operational efficiency.

Leads a small full-stack engineering team maintaining and enhancing a secure, scalable e-signature SaaS platform. Responsibilities include technical direction, mentoring, .NET and Angular development, Azure operations, reliability and performance improvement, incident response, deployment coordination, security and compliance, code reviews, technical debt reduction, and stakeholder collaboration. The role remains hands-on while overseeing platform stability, auditability, observability, and continuous product improvement.
