Lead infrastructure engineering teams and strategy for scalable, resilient, secure enterprise systems. Responsibilities include infrastructure design and maintenance, AWS and hybrid cloud adoption, automation, vendor and procurement management, budgeting, standards enforcement, cross-functional collaboration, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity. The role provides technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight of infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Lead the engineering operations, strategy, support, and modernization of Kafka and Swagger Hub middleware platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. Manage platform reliability, upgrades, automation, monitoring, DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, incident resolution, and application onboarding. Build and lead distributed engineering and 24x7 support teams while managing budgets, vendors, contracts, roadmaps, and operational metrics. Drive cloud consolidation, self-service capabilities, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment.

Owns the Personalization and Business Configurator product, including user research, roadmap development, feature prioritization, backlog management, release planning, metrics analysis, and Agile delivery. Partners with cross-functional teams and Product Management to define strategy, facilitate requirements, mitigate impediments, and maximize product value. The role requires strong collaboration, customer focus, analytical thinking, and experience in financial services or wealth management.
