Teams at Lyft

Provide in-person customer service and manage end-to-end Flexdrive rental operations at an Austin hub: check-in customers, assign vehicles, prepare and inspect fleet (fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates), manage lot organization and transport, process returns, report issues, maintain compliance, and uphold Lyft service standards. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
