This role entails conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, interpreting test results, and collaborating with care teams for treatment planning.

Own channel pricing strategy and operations, including pricing policies, contracting structures, revenue shares, margin monitoring, and deal desk execution. Develop Health Plan and Health System commercial pricing approaches, support new product and international pricing governance, and build dashboards tracking win rates, price realization, and leakage. Partner with GTM, Product, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to protect margins, resolve channel conflicts, and accelerate growth.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, risk assessments, treatment plans, follow-up care, patient messaging, and psychiatric prescribing for children and adults. Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive mental health care, accommodate varied diagnoses and severity levels, document recommendations, and coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services.
