Acquire and edit primarily romance titles, manage 5–8 titles yearly, develop manuscripts, negotiate terms, prepare marketing and jacket copy, coordinate with production/design/marketing/publicity, maintain agent and author relationships, and shepherd books through acquisition to publication.

Draft, negotiate, and process high volumes of trade book contracts and related documents; manage DocuSign signature and payment workflows; enter and maintain contract data in Biblio; track and archive signed agreements; interpret contract terms and support department projects and stakeholders.

The Sales Representative is responsible for selling Macmillan Learning solutions, managing accounts, conducting sales calls, and utilizing CRM tools to enhance client relationships and drive growth in assigned territories.
