Lead the creation and growth of Madrivo’s Agency Services division, focusing on enterprise insurance clients. Develop the go-to-market strategy, personally sell and close high-value managed media service contracts, build C-suite relationships, and establish scalable sales methodologies, proposals, KPIs, and playbooks. Initially operating as an individual contributor, this leader will validate the business model, expand client portfolios, and eventually build and manage a sales team.
