Leads an infrastructure engineering team responsible for designing, building, maintaining, monitoring, and securing IT systems across cloud and data center environments. Sets goals, assigns work, manages staffing and 24/7 coverage, mentors engineers, coordinates projects, supports customers, manages budgets, and reports risks and performance to management. Requires strong infrastructure expertise, Agile experience, communication skills, and the ability to coach technical teams.

Supervises Personal Financial Counselors across regional military installations, ensuring consistent financial counseling, program compliance, quality assurance, accurate reporting, and client-ready deliverables. Oversees counseling services, educational workshops, data collection, duty-to-warn and restricted-reporting processes, conflict-of-interest compliance, and coordination with installation points of contact and DoD leadership.

Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, feature definition, release planning, and performance measurement for IT clinical solution products. Partners with business and technical stakeholders on build-versus-buy decisions, architecture, licensing, change management, KPIs, ROI, migration, risk mitigation, and product adoption. Coordinates cross-functional delivery and vendor relationships while adapting product direction to changing business needs.
