The Business Analyst will support the discovery process for clients, document workflows, assist in product design, and provide user training and issue resolution post-launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and maintain Node.js/TypeScript backend services; optimize for speed and scalability; collaborate with frontend and product designers; write clean documented code; run performance tests; ensure stability, compliance, and production readiness.

Lead QA initiatives across the SDLC: design and execute manual and automated tests, perform API and backend testing with SQL validation, manage defect lifecycle, advocate process improvements, and mentor team members to ensure product reliability and release readiness.
