Guide beauty and wellness business owners through 2–3 week software implementations. Manage 30–35 accounts monthly, configure accounts, provide product training, create tailored onboarding plans, drive activation and payment-processing adoption, address customer needs, and coordinate with engineering, product, sales, and marketing. The role requires strong communication, project coordination, problem-solving, customer relationship management, and comfort with metrics and multiple software platforms.
