Provide hands-on legal counsel across product, partnerships, finance, marketing, and people; own legal matters end-to-end, manage outside counsel, build processes and playbooks, and help develop AI governance and privacy/compliance strategies for a global SaaS company.

Lead a small marketing analytics team, partner with the CMO and marketing leads to shape strategy, deliver insights, build dashboards and self-serve tools, define measurement and experimentation frameworks (attribution, incrementality, LTV), and stay hands-on on high-impact analytics projects.

Lead full FP&A cycle including annual budgets, monthly close, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts. Build and reconcile 12-month cash models, partner with GTM to create bottoms-up expense and KPI-driven models, standardize SaaS metrics, expand operational KPI library, update long-range plans, and improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting.
