Lead end-to-end Salesforce enhancements: gather requirements, design solutions, configure platform (objects, flows, LWCs), manage QA/UAT and releases, monitor integrations, resolve defects, maintain documentation, and provide post-deployment support and training.

Implement, maintain, and automate Marathon's AWS-based cloud infrastructure using IaC and reusable modules. Build self-service platform capabilities, support app and SaaS integrations, follow security/compliance guardrails (SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST), contribute documentation and runbooks, and handle platform incidents while growing ownership of platform domains.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for patient and provider platforms; mentor engineers; integrate AI-augmented engineering tools; enforce API, data modeling, and architectural best practices across React/React Native and backend services; optimize CI/CD, observability, and reliability metrics; drive technical spikes, POCs, and cross-team alignment.
