Provide metallurgical and corrosion engineering support to refinery inspection, maintenance, and engineering teams. Perform failure analyses, field metallography, corrosion studies, recommend repairs/material selections, support turnarounds, lead incident investigations, coordinate NDE contractors, and drive reliability improvements for fixed and rotating equipment.

Lead process design and optimization projects for refinery units, performing simulations, equipment sizing, PFD/P&ID development, feasibility/economic analysis, and implementation support. Interface with licensors, vendors, operations, and engineering to improve reliability, safety, environmental performance, and unit profitability. Support startup, troubleshooting, and development of operating procedures and training.
