Lead relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families, providing integrated financial advice spanning estate structures, tax strategies, and more. Mentor support advisors and ensure high-quality advice delivery.

Manage assigned client portfolios: set up portfolios, perform rebalances, tax-loss harvesting, cash management, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with advisors and trading teams while maintaining accurate data.

Own and govern institutional technology platforms (Salesforce, education and referral systems). Drive CRM configuration, integrations, data integrity, adoption, vendor/budget management, and optimize retirement-to-wealth referral workflows to increase conversions and platform ROI.

The Senior Wealth Analyst supports the advisory team by analyzing investments, creating financial reports, and participating in strategy discussions for Ultra High Net Worth clients.

Lead organic growth go-to-market strategy, alliances, and partner channels to drive pipeline and revenue. Design end-to-end client journeys, coordinate content and campaigns, enable sales/partners, and measure ROI with analytics. Own events/sponsorships, corporate partnership programs, and scalable channel activations to expand reach and improve conversion outcomes.
