Own configuration, governance, and optimization of the enterprise Slack workspace. Manage user provisioning, channels, apps, Workflow Builder automations, Slack Connect, and Slack/Salesforce FSC integrations. Enforce compliance and data retention with Legal/Compliance/IT Security, monitor usage analytics, serve as Slack SME and escalation point, and maintain integration and governance documentation.

Lead enterprise data strategy and governance to establish semantic architecture, metadata, lineage, stewardship, and standards enabling trusted data for AI, analytics, and operations. Define operating model, policies, reference architectures, and roadmaps while partnering with Legal, Compliance, Security, Technology, and business leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and enterprise-wide adoption.
