The Senior Wealth Advisor leads a team to create financial strategies for high-net-worth clients, fostering relationships and mentoring staff.

Develop, administer, optimize, and support a Salesforce environment serving approximately 100 users. Responsibilities include Salesforce security and user administration, data integrity, reporting, end-user support, Apex and Lightning Web Component development, Flow automation, Financial Services Cloud customization, third-party integrations, Einstein 1 capabilities, and Data Cloud profile management. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for wealth management and RIA operations.

Designs, configures, and deploys Agentforce agents and autonomous workflows within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Integrates agents with MuleSoft APIs, external data, and financial planning platforms; implements Einstein AI capabilities; and ensures security, compliance, and reliable agent behavior. The role also tests and monitors agents, mitigates hallucination risks, analyzes usage data, incorporates advisor feedback, and evaluates new Salesforce AI features.
