Lead all front office, guest services, and security functions including bell, concierge, valet, front desk, retail, switchboard, and security. Manage staffing, budgets, guest satisfaction, policy compliance, hiring, performance management, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure safety and operational excellence.

Lead FF&E category management and strategic sourcing for procurement. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, mitigate supply-chain risk, enforce governance, and partner cross-functionally to optimize costs and support sustainability and compliance. Serve as escalation point and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead global DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and delivery velocity through CI/CD (Harness), observability (Dynatrace), automation, and resilient cloud-native infrastructure. Manage vendors, budgets, SLAs, and continuous improvement using SRE practices, IaC, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
