Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, managing pipelines, structuring commercial deals, negotiating agreements, coordinating legal and operational workstreams, activating referral and integration flows, and representing the company at industry conferences. The role requires healthcare business development experience, oncology or clinical research knowledge, and comfort with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Own a defined area of an AI-powered oncology platform, managing its backlog, specifications, release notes, documentation, analytics, and performance measures. Write user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate backlog grooming and sprint planning, collaborate with engineering and clinical teams, gather user feedback, prioritize improvements using data, and validate product releases.

Supports Client Success Managers by coordinating client communications, meetings, agendas, documentation, study site information, reporting, and follow-up activities. Maintains action-item trackers, meeting minutes, client records, and site lists while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve requests, monitor commitments, identify overdue items, and keep client and study deliverables on track.

Lead end-to-end data and technology partnerships with oncology navigation, payer, provider, and health data platforms. Source, structure, and negotiate API integrations, data licenses, referrals, and RWE collaborations. Coordinate integrations (FHIR, mCODE, OMOP), legal/data governance (BAAs, MSAs, HIPAA), and cross-functional teams. Monitor competitive landscape and represent the company at industry conferences.

Build and scale institutional partnerships across U.S. oncology providers and platforms. Source and prioritize opportunities, structure commercial deal frameworks, lead negotiations to signature, and coordinate activation with Operations and Product. Represent the company at industry events and feed market insights into go-to-market strategy.

Lead business development and strategic partnerships across payer, employer, and government markets: generate pipeline, develop target accounts, structure deals (PMPM, risk-sharing), advance contracts, and represent the company to CMS and federal stakeholders to position AI-enabled oncology navigation solutions.
