Manage and execute global tracking studies: write questionnaires, oversee data collection and quality control, produce reports and charts, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and support multiple projects while adopting new technologies to improve efficiency.

Develop and write strategic creative across social, digital, video, print, and brand platforms. Translate insights into clear, performative copy, build and adapt brand voices, edit for clarity and tone, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present work, manage multiple assignments, and deliver polished copy on tight timelines with strong organic social and cultural fluency.
