The D365 CE Functional Consultant gathers requirements, documents processes, configures Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, and supports testing, training, adoption, go-live, and hypercare. The role works with clients on Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights capabilities; creates functional documentation and test materials; manages traceability and backlog activities; and partners with technical teams on integrations, migration, reporting, security, and customizations.

Designs, develops, tests, and deploys Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse solutions for clients. Builds Power Automate flows, C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, Power Apps, integrations, and data migrations. Defines requirements, manages project scope and deliverables, delegates work to offshore developers, and maintains customer relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions by gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting agile delivery, testing, training, user adoption, go-live, and hypercare. The consultant partners with clients and technical teams on integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and customizations while managing workstreams and guiding junior resources.
