Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered legal solutions, including unit, integration, system, regression, performance, scalability, and security testing. Develop edge-case and boundary tests, validate AI outputs, integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, track defects and quality metrics, and collaborate with analysts, engineers, security teams, and QA leadership to ensure reliable, production-ready solutions.

Manages information governance, risk, and compliance initiatives focused on attorney and client onboarding, offboarding, client transfers, legal holds, and electronically stored information. Coordinates data identification, collection, classification, transfer, metadata accuracy, repository tracking, security controls, and workspace access. Supports attorneys and business teams, resolves policy inquiries, develops compliance procedures and educational materials, and contributes to technology workflows, integrations, analytics, and internal controls.

Oversee the security of firm applications, networks, systems, hardware, and mobile devices throughout their lifecycles. Develop security requirements and architecture, manage controls and configurations, perform certification and accreditation, maintain asset inventories, and ensure secure development and acquisition practices. Collaborate across departments and mentor team members while serving as a primary technical security contact. The role requires independent judgment, strong analytical ability, knowledge of security frameworks and technologies, and at least seven years of related experience.
