Administers neurofeedback evaluations and sessions for behavioral health patients, explains feedback processes, documents baseline profiles and progress, monitors brain center equipment, schedules sessions, communicates patient status to the treatment team, and supports patient safety and nervous system regulation.

Provides front-office and clerical support for administration and operations, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls and mail, distributing documents, supporting departments, recording meeting minutes, maintaining confidentiality, and communicating patient-safety concerns. Requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of administrative experience, computer and office-equipment proficiency, and Microsoft Word and Excel experience. Healthcare experience is preferred.
